Abstract

A quasiclassical trajectory study was presented for the reaction OH+CO→H+CO2. The reaction dynamics of the interesting complex-forming system was investigated. Results showed that the improvement in the description of the entrance channel had a rather large effect on overall reactivity and response to vibrational excitation.
