Chemisorption and surface reactions from the Lewis acid-base point of view

Abstract

The concept of Lewis acids and bases is one of the most useful in chemistry. In this paper, modern thinking on this topic is reviewed and the concept is applied to understanding chemisorption and catalytic reactions on chemically modified molybdenum surfaces.
