Exciton dynamics in bundled and unbundled (6,5) carbon nanotubes

Abstract

We present a pump-probe study of exciton dynamics in semiconducting (6,5) single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs). Optical transients from individual tubes and small bundles (ntubes≤7) shed new light onto the dynamics of singlet and triplet excitons.
