N2 - We demonstrate gate-tunable spintronic terahertz (THz) emission at the interface of LaAlO3/SrTiO3 due to ultrafast spin-to-charge current conversion. The soft phonon mode of SrTiO3 is also observed in the emitted THz spectra.
