Abstract

To date, a large number of low-dimensional (LD) semiconducting systems have been prepared and studied. This article discusses the room temperature optical absorption (OA), photoluminescence (PL), photoconductivity (PC) and resonance Raman excitation (RRE) spectra of (Me4N)2Sn3Se7, K2Cd3S4 and similar semiconductors based on inorganic units.
