Abstract

The organic transistor sensors and memory elements fabricated via solution deposition were discussed. The characterization of thiophene-phenylene oligomer semiconductors was described. Their activity in organic field-effect transistors (FET) and their potential use on plastic and fabric substrates were discussed.
