Quantum reactive scattering using hyperspherical coordinates: Results for H+H2 and Cl+HCl

Abstract

A coupled-channel hyperspherical coordinate method for doing quantum reactive scattering calculations is presented, along with results of applications to H + H2 (J = 0 and 1) and Cl + HCl (J = 0 on two potential surfaces). The results are in excellent agreement with earlier calculations.
