Abstract

(Chemical Equation Presented) Sticking the tiles: A DNA-tile-directed self-assembly of signaling aptamers into high-density nanoarrays allows subnanomolar detection of protein molecules by using confocal fluorescence microscopy imaging. This water-soluble aptamer microarray provides a novel strategy for developing programmable sensor arrays.
