Abstract

We discuss time-resolved THz spectroscopy measurements for three important solar energy conversion approaches; (1) electronically coupled semiconductor nanocrystals, (2) a bulk heterojunction formed between P3HT and PCBM, and (3) films of single walled carbon nanotubes.
