Two-particle, two-hole corrections to a self-consistent time-dependent Hartree-Fock scheme

Abstract

It is shown that the effect of two-particle, two-hole excitations can be included in a self-consistent time-dependent Hartree-Fock model. Both corrected excitation energies and oscillator strengths are calculated. Especially the singlet spectrum is influenced by this perturbation.
