Zn2-xSn1-xIn2xO4-δ: An Indium-Substituted Spinel with Transparent Conducting Properties

Abstract

A substantial solid solubility of In2O3in the spinel Zn2SnO4(Zn2-xSn1-xIn xO4-δ,x=0 to 0.45) was discovered. The reduced material showed improved conductivity at higher In contents.
